A PROPERTY THAT EVOLVED WITH THE FISHING INDUSTRY
For generations, this lobster pound played an important role in Maine's working waterfront, where lobsters fresh from the surrounding waters were held and sorted before making their way to market. Today, that legacy continues. Lobsters are still sorted on-site, oysters are cultivated in the pound, and local fishermen continue to work these waters. While the property now welcomes guests and celebrations, its connection to the sea remains deeply rooted.
